I truly don't think he will attend the GGs because filming for Shitty Island starts Monday and unlike Brie he doesn't have a nomination, but if he is still in LA you'd think he'd go to the BAFTA LA Tea Party, instead he didn't. So I'm fairly certain he might already be in Oz or on his way there.
