Hard to choose, there are so many bad TV shows. One that comes to mind is Deal or No Deal, the premise is just so utterly stupid it makes my head hurt. Bachelor/Bachelorette style reality shows are pretty painful to watch too.

I don't actually watch many TV shows, so I guess the least favourite TV show that I actually watch is Modern Family, it's frustratingly predictable and always plays it safe.

Having just explored a rainforest a couple days ago, I'd have to say the valleys (if there are any). I think it looks really cool and mysterious to look down into a rainforest going down into a deep valley.
