I mean, in theory, it wouldn't be that hard to upgrade any old regular dildo into an ejaculating dildo. All you'd need to do is drill a urethra down the middle, get one of those enema bulbs, and insert it into the bottom. Then you can just fill the bulb with the fluid of your choice, squeeze it, and the fluid will shoot majestically out of the glans. But I don't have any way of drilling a suitably long, thin hole, and above all, I don't want to risk ruining a perfectly good dildo.
