"-1girl -multiple_girls" should work when images are tagged properly (shitloads of them aren't, of course, especially outside danbooru). in fact, it should be equivalent to your suggested search, all the *girls tags imply multiple_girls

"-1girl -multiple_girls -breasts -pussy" is a bit more reliable at catching poorly tagged images, but not much shorter than the original

if you use danbooru, have you considered using the tag blacklist in the settings?
