I found Sweden to be, bland soulless and unwelcoming. The people were very standoffish and rude in very passive aggressive way. They were arrogant and condescending in situations where it was unwarranted and they would get even more condescending when they were wrong. I get the vibe that most of the population is very unhappy and walking on eggshells all the time to try to keep of a facade of perfection. It was like staying in a fucking David Lynch movie for two weeks. I also didn't get the impression that where I was was any nicer, safer or more intelligent than elsewhere in Europe. I honestly just think Sweden tops these lists because they have a lot of resources for their population size and can easily funnel tax revenue into social projects. Sweden is not the best at everything, they're just the best at spending government money.

People in Germany and Finland were bizarrely much friendlier and outgoing despite being stereotyped as the opposite.
