I have no job, my friends have left me one by one, I'm about to get kicked out of my university for failing an entire semester, I've alienated my family, I'm in debt, my lease is about to expire and I have nowhere to live, and she's gone. I can't even leave my apartment anymore because everything in the world scares me and the luxury of being able to hide here is about to disappear.
I don't know what to do.

I'm extremely talented and in a broad spectrum of skills. I'm physically in great shape, and very attractive. My IQ is higher than 99.9% of the population, yet I have painfully awkward social skills. I mean, I can't even respond to the everyday "Hello, how are you doing?" without anxiety. I really don't want this to come off as arrogant, because I assure you, it's not a pleasant situation, but even when I do manage friends, it's always with the opposite gender, as my like-gendered peers and I have very little in common.
