I'm always aware of actors acting. I have problems with pausing reality. Of the current crop of British thesps, only Rylance and Lesser are able to make me believe they are their characters. Coincidence that they aren't 'overexposed' like so many others? Don't think so.
Knowing a little about military hardware, any chance I had of suspending disbelief disappeared when I saw the 'purchase order' in ep. 1. Ordering a few D-5s are we? Suuuuure...bullshit. Still, I liked the show. It wasn't the caliber of TPvOJ but that wasn't TH's fault. As I wrote in my reviews, he wasn't convincing as a tough guy. His fight outside the pub was not fear-inducing. I blame writing and directing as much as acting; all three struck the wrong tone. His scene with the drug dealer was better. He's more believable as a menacing, quiet tough guy than a breaking things and punching people tough guy. Same with OC's 'skewer them' scene in the hotel. She's a great actress, but that scene was off.
For me TH's most convincing role has probably been as Edward in Archipelago. Maybe because he's as messed up, uncertain and desperate as Edward. Shit was that movie boring though.

The animated movie is a good temp gig for Tom. He probably is holding out for a good leading man script offer following when the Golden Globe nominations are announced Dec 12. He could get two of them, Best Actor Musical/Comedy for ISTL, and Best Actor Miniseries for TNM. The Summer shenanigan will have dissipated more from Hollywood minds by then.

The source for the Rebirth of Tayto is...drumroll...her crazy, plane-tracking, whack-doo stans. They emailed Lainey - in the dozens? Hundreds? - to herald the coming of Tayto Two. And Lainey took the bait. Now TH and TS might pick up with their stunting, but I'm going to need pap proof of the second coming, not just the wishful thoughts of her loonies.

I guess this could be a continuation of the showmance narrative. We already suspect that she sent her plane cross country to make it look like he travelled to see her for roughly 48 hours in August. I didn't want to believe that he faked getting on and off that plane but I just don't know. I really don't know.
So now she sends her plane to London and back to start the rumor that the greatest love of all time is being reborn. She knows her fans will automatically think that's what is happening. And the hive will start to buzz and get it out to the media, which is exactly what's happened.
It doesn't even need to actually be happening; it just needs to appear like it is.

My idea, based on her friend's interview and the fact that she didn't fly to LA to meet him halfway, is that TS dumped him and he ran to RI with a present to convince her otherwise.
Then again maybe TS enjoy wasting money on fuel. I don't get it, shoes, clothes, purses&scarf for the occasional hide-in-the-fence..wait, that was another girl...sure, but fuel?
Thing is, as long as TS doesn't have a new bf TH will always be the last and his name will always be mentioned in connection to hers, no matter what.

TS was in NYC with Karlie Kloss. They always disappear and reappear from social media together when either is not working. They're glued at the hip. I'll bet the London plane picked up a squad member or two for TSs Holloween party. The one she threw to distract from Katy Perrys Holloween themed sock hop bday party also over the weekend, with Orlando Bloom, C Delevigne, etc. That party looked super fun with twister, a pie eating contest, a Marilyn Monroe impersonator.
Anyway, I like that Tom is staying out of the fray. Let Calvin Harris and TS battle it out with petty dueling song lyrics, while he hunts for his next role, which hopefully he'll find, soon. He might want to consider posting an instagram pic of a sunrise or sunset taken from his location, the next time fans insist that he and TS are on the same state/country/continent, when they are clearly not. Nip the rumors in a classy independent way.
