I don't know TS from Eve but a 26-year-old who's made it so far in her profession and avoided the pitfalls that swallowed up people like Britney Spears and Amanda Bynes - that's no woman with the mentality of a 16-year-old. I think TS may have it together more than we think.

Yes he most certainly has the money to pay for a car and driver or have his PR people pay for it as it looks like he's doing some business in NYC. I've taken a similar car in NYC and using one for a day or more doesn't break the bank.
