pretty much, trump and bernie are the only interesting candidates. I hope one of them wins. either one, honestly. I wish we had preferential voting. so I could list both of them
I am so fucking mad
this Jak 2 port is the shittiest
it's so laggy and glitchy, the level where you have to escape the water slums through the hordes of police is basically impossible
>>954
I said they're the most interesting, not sincere. They're politicians, after all.

Sanders is consistent.
Where I live in the US, weed is already legal. I don't think voting for Bernie will help me smoke more weed, but it's stupid that it's banned in most states.

Consistent in a line of thinking which invariably leads to famine, fascism, mass murder, and large-scale wars.
We are children of the future.
God didn't make you better, the nurses and doctors busting their asses to make you better made you better. I'd find it kind of insulting if it was me.
I have cut off your head and shit down your throat cos you're a cunt!

I don't know much about politics, but I believe there are plenty of countries that have socialist programs, including the US. Weren't the socialist programs that led to "famine, fascism, mass murder, and large-scale wars" implemented in a way that distributed the wealth completely equally? Isn't Sanders implementing a program that only distributes it in a more even fashion (like the top tenth of the 1% don't get all the money)? From what it sounds like, he could still sell it as capitalism in that the harder you work, smarter you are, and luckier you are, the more money you have. It's just that if you accumulate so much wealth that you're business literally can't fail or you can easily corrupt the political system with your money, you will have to pay hefty taxes to lower you down to a more reasonable wealth, which is still unimaginable rich for most of us. I genuinely don't know if this is correct, but that's what I got out of this whole ordeal.

If you look at capitalist United States, it's become a fascist system in that you have 10% of the nation controlling the entire country, and the bottom 90% not having any say in the government (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tu32CCA_Ig). We also have had plenty of wars (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wars_involving_the_United_States#21st_century_wars) which from what I hear, some of those were started to get oil. I'm not sure if those are considered large-scale or not. And we have ever increasing famine as poor cities can't get clean water like Flint, Michigan or other cities as well (http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/jan/28/philadelphia-water-testing-crisis-flint-health-risk http://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/michigan/flint-water-crisis/2016/01/27/many-michigan-cities-higher-lead-levels-flint/79438144/). I don't know about mass murder (unless you want to count all those terrorists we killed), but we do have mass incarceration, and a lot of those who are incarcerated are nonviolent drug offenders (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/us-prison-population_us_56686cf0e4b0f290e5217ffb). I'm not saying all of this is due to capitalism, but it doesn't seem like socialism is causing it either.

The problem with Sanders is that he's more of a welfare capitalist than an actual socialist.
The biggest problem in US politics, though, is the lack of dubstep denpa recommendations and I've yet to see a politician that sheds a light on the problem of dubstep denpa, j-core, gabber, gabberstep, gabberstep denpa and lolicore shortage among the masses.

Have you ever considered a career in political journalism?
My fragile psyche is not equipped to deal with this.
I am deathly afraid that I'm losing my own identity. The things I loved and cared about so deeply, even only a year or two ago, already I'm indifferent to, and I regularly change my mind about things I've believed as long as I can remember. Any way I change, in isolation, is perfectly reasonable and unremarkable, but taken altogether it's as though I'm actively trying not to be myself any more. I feel like some day I'll wake up, look in the mirror, and see a total stranger looking back at me. It's not even a question of what I've gained or lost - I accept that most of the changes were for the best - it's the principle of it, that I'm not existing consistently enough.
When I said I'm afraid of losing my own identity, perhaps that's not strictly true. If I were in an accident and had complete retrograde amnesia, for instance, that would be perfect; every part of me would be perfectly encapsulated, unchangeable forever, in the form of Me Before The Accident. I'd have a blank slate, and it wouldn't matter if I were different from before, or if I changed afterwards - it's to be expected, coming to terms with something so traumatic. But the gradual, continuous change of everyday life is somehow abhorrent. It's like a degenerative illness.
I wish I was just afraid of concrete things like heights or spiders rather than this stupid existentialist bullshit.
>>985 I thought everyone was like that as you get older.
With the whole thing about the inevitability of becoming something you don't like.
Anyway, you are not alone.
Whenever I sleep with congestion I always dream I'm floating in a massive ocean, which makes sense since your breathing sounds like crashing waves, but there never are any waves and it's incredibly serene.
Is there such a thing as "Canadian French"?
>>988
Yes, very much so, Canadian French is nearly unrecognizable and very few French French speakers can understand what the person is saying, where a French French speaker will just sound stuck up and overly proper to a Canadian French person.
>>986
I don't care what I'm like when I'm older since it feels like its just some other asshole's problem. Who I was is another story since I have to answer to that person's choices.
Mycoprotein is the fucking best, I mean god damn. This whole time I was passing it off as some lame meat substitute, when in fact it's way better than meat. No fat, no gristle, no sinew; just that nice solid meatiness all the way through. I'm going to be eating a lot more mycoprotein in the future.
>>989
They are French equivalent of Australians then, aren't they?
>>992
Mushrooms are sleazy, rubbery and gross. I don't know how manufacturers treat them to make "mycoprotein", but it can't be healthy. Sounds like a scheme to cash in on those sorry losers who kinda go veggie due to some weak reasoning followed by "that's my choice, okay?" but who can't really give up meat.
Mushrooms are literally worse than hitler.
Fungi killed more people than Hitler!

Is 5 seconds on a search engine too much effort, or is this just your way of saying, "expression of ignorant anger on the internet is a hobby of mine"?
>>997
Oh, you eagerly waited someone to say "I don't know" about anything — just to post that bit about search engines. Did you fall into this trap yourself recently?
As for mycoprotein production, I'm not really interested in establishing one myself nor I think knowing how something's made makes inherent dangers clear. So, googling, binging, duckduckgoing or using any other web search tool wouldn't help me much. What is needed is a clear scientific study which you fail to mention in your response.
