Yo if I was like a big streamer or LPer or I made a big fan game that was highly anticipated and the company went after me with cease and desists I'd tell them to fuck off and release my fan game or whatever and if they sued me I would take their lawyer hostage when they met with me then said that I want to talk to whoever was responsible for starting the claim against me in the legal department and whoever brought it to the legal department's attention if (applicable) so we could just have a conversation and then when they show up I'd off the hostage then off the guys I requested then kill as many Konami or Sega or Nintendo or whatever company employees as I could before the cops took me down.
