>>243 Thanks for your story, Annony. As you can see, some people can't/won't be convinced. Nothing you can do about it.
Stick around and post away!
>>247 Damn right we do! I mean, I'm an educated woman, but the various stories / non stories / false moves and fabrications make it impossible to understand. Maybe that is part of the subterfuge though, just to bamboozle us and they can carry on with whatever whilst people get their knickers in a twist trying to decipher it all.
Anyway, who cares, in the grand scheme of things. Good luck to them, whatever is going on!
>>250 I would agree. I don't read her often, but those pieces I have read suggest that she's got a fairly good nose for bullshit. She not anymore surprised than we are.
Also, she's very savvy regarding status. She speaks about certain people - TH, BC, even MF - as being 'internet famous' and nothing more. And she doesn't seem to sweat over the 'internet famous' stories like those about 'real' celebs.
Tweet until Torrilla.
https://twitter. com/portalbritish/status/686959726060503040
>>253 The point really is that laineygossip is a well known website, the woman even published a book.
So now other media will be aware of it, as well as the paps.
It basically nullify what they happened at TIFF, maybe the reason behind TH's post, since that facebook page was created in September.
There's a small group of tweets calling for TH to play Bowie in a biopic.
Maybe EO could play Iman.
>>254 it's already there :)
>>257 She is otherworldly!! So good.
FYI: The Lainey article isn't really being picked up on twitter. I've only seen it retweeted/linked a few times.
>>249 It's probably not that bad - it's NOT hoverboard bad.
On the subject of timeline: If they do go public, I wonder if the Nashville premiere is going to be 'ground zero' for a public relationship. They were terribly cozy - yes, that word - on the red carpet. Those pics would do better service than TIFF and Pap Night combined.
>>259 I'm sensing some latent hostility towards hoverboards. Bad experience with those infernal devices? lol
Yeah the Nashville premiere might end up being the new "sparks flew on the red carpet and everyone witnesses their sizzling chemistry and how cozy the two looked with one another" and they'll use that pic of the two of them where she's laughing so hard it looks like she can't breathe. I'm thinking end of Feb early March for the PR breadcrumb trail to start and then an unveiling of sorts at the April premiere.
I LOVE my hoverboard - yes, I asked Santa for a hoverboard (which is totally not a 'hoverboard' in the BTTF sense, but is still a lot of fun). But I'm side-eyeing it hard because the moment my ass falls off and needs to go to the ER or it sets our apartment on fire - it's over. Love affair DONE.
What do we think TH got EO for Christmas? Airplane ticket to Oz? Condoms? Purse?
>>261 Good question! Definitely not books, since she doesn't like reading. I'm gonna go with a purse large enough to cover the entire top half of her body the next time they're "accidentally" at a paparazzi hotspot together. The real question is why fashion-conscious EO didn't buy her BF some new clothes for Christmas - he's still wearing the same three shirts. Surely that must bother her. Though if their relationship is what I suspect it is, she probably doesn't care much about whether or not he's even wearing a shirt.

Colin Farrell (The Lobster)
Michael Fassbender (Macbeth)
Colin Firth ( Kingsman – The Secret Service)
Tom Hardy (Legend)
Tom Hiddleston (High-Rise)
Weirdly the kermit Instagram guy flipped the pic of himself and TH. The Coriolanus scar is on the wrong side. Here is our hero the right way around: http://cheers-mrhiddleston.tumblr.com/post/137182097737/larygo-got-to-make-lunch-for-the-awesome-tom
>>242 Also, even if we do consider the the tabloid relationship timeline, the "THEO is over" stories didn't come out until after that photo was taken. So technically the tabloid stories about the breakup could still be accurate.
FWB relationships can blow hot and cold - that's the nature of an open-ended arrangement that runs around each other's schedules (personal experience with 3 different time of my l). The difference with them seems to be that she has not been busy since Captain America : Civil War finished filming, so she has more flexibility. So I completely believe that she was in Pasadena and they kept it all on the down low so as not to repeat PurseGate Gate, especially after the collage picture from JV-R. I think there is enough of a friendship there that, once he's finished filming SI and IW and comes home to London to do Richard II (or III? I forget) and maybe Robert the Bruce, will have the chance to gel into a real romance, or find that it's not strong enough.
Either that, or I'm wrong! Hey, 50/50 odds ain't bad...
>>261 I'll go with a first class ticket to Oz and a new phone with global calling capability for 24/7 sexting (he bought himself one too so they can have private numbers that neither family, friends, or work know about).
*(personal experience with 3 different men during different times in my life)
Okay I've been sitting on this since the original post but... Who the hell gets out of an SUV at a gas station to publicly make out with someone they're trying to hide? Who makes out at a gas station in the first place? Why would Tom and Lizzie both be getting out of the car? Were they pumping gas together? Why them instead of the driver? I just don't think that story makes sense.
Do I think there was something going on between them? Probably. Is it still going on? Maybe. But I don't buy the gas station story for one minute.
@268
That's fine but to clear up a few points: I never said anything about Tom pumping gas for the car, it was the driver who did that. And they weren't "making out", a kiss and a hug (he kissed her on the forehead and they hugged, maybe I should have been more detailed about what I saw but honestly it wasn't that big of a deal) and as for reasons why the got out of the car. Who knows, people do get out of cars at gas stations, maybe he had to go pee, maybe he had to stretch his legs? Should I have gone over and asked him? 7 in the am, half assed asleep on my way to work, asking some movie star why he got out of his car. No, don't think so.
I don't like people putting words in my mouth, if you don't believe me that's fine but don't add your own narrative to it.
Future note to anyone else that happens to see THEO, keep it to yourself.
Lesson learned. Been called a liar, a troll and had words put into my mouth. Lovely.
Annony out...
>>268 I think it goes without saying that like everything on the internet, this story should also be taken with a quite a grain of salt, but... maybe he's not trying to hide her so much? We have a pic with his arm around her in his own native neighbourhood, the PursaGate (in spite of weird facial expressions and purse/scarf antics, they still were in a popular pap-favourite restaurant), now a collage with friends/colleagues. Whatever is going on there, does not seem that he's avoiding to be seen with her in the open at all costs.
As for getting out of the car, maybe they wanted to stretch their legs or smth, lol.
That being said, a pic would be the best proof, that's for sure.
>>269 I wasn't putting words in your mouth. I was asking some questions about parts of the story that I found odd and pointing out elements that didn't make sense to me.
>>270 Don't be out, Annony! It's just natural that when you tell something on the internet without hard proof, some will believe you, some not, and people will express their opinions. I don't think anyone has anything against you personally here!
Well, at least I don't.
>>269 don't get offended! But it's natural that when anyone shares a sighting of a celeb, ppl are gonna wanna know details. The details you've shared now give a whole new perspective on the THEO situation than just saying you saw them hug and kiss at the gas station.
For what it's worth, many here thanked you for sharing what you saw. We didn't question you so please don't get offended and leave. People will always ask questions but I think it's safe to say that on this board, it's more out of curiosity than trying to call someone a troll or liar.
>>268 thank you, I didn't want to be the one calling bs, and actually that's not even the weirdest part.
AMC would have put its guest in one hotel and organised transportation to the TCA panel in Pasadena for them to arrive at the same moment. Am I supposed to believe they provided cars without a full tank? Am I supposed to think that TH got to Pasadena and told EO to get lost until he did his thing? Am I supposed to think that all the other actors headed to Pasadena but TH dallied at a gas station? Of course now it will come out that it wasn't on tha TCA day, so why TH would be headed to Pasadena? But even if he rented a car why would the car need gas? Rentals always come with full tank. It's even more absurd then the NYE sighting.
and the shit keeps on going
https://www.instagram.com/p/BAZXIcsgDcg/
note how these 2 mentioned the dailymail. Someone has a grudge with TH.
>>276 ugh it just keeps getting worse and worise on JVR's IG. I wonder if he's showing Tom all those comments and going "bruh wtf" or maybe since they're in Australia he'd probably say "wtf mate"
>>277 I wonder of JVR will do like Abrahams and say how TH wasn't too happy of media claiming he was in a relationship with EO and then we'll see JVR walking holding hands and walking arm in arm with EO.
>>276 I don't get the reaction to these pics! That is obviously Brie and the person behind her isn't EO (is it?!!).
I see the other Instagram guy from yesterday has deleted his pic. Poor guy. What on earth have people said to make him remove a nice, innocuous fan pic? It's mad out there in "Tom social media world" ATM.
>>279 I was wondering the same. Is it EO?? If it is, she seems REALLY not like herself from this angle :)
>>278 LOL! Maybe if we're lucky we'll get another disastrous pap walk before that!
Bets on EO actually walking into a pole this time while wailing and hiding behind her old lady scarf/ bag?
>>280 The nose is totally wrong. EO has a much smaller nose. And the person looks like they have short hair under their hat - or it must be pulled back super tight.
Tbh, that person behind Brie looks more like Boyd lol seriously when I first saw it I thought it was Boyd for a split second.
>>283 What a plot twist THAT would be! No it's definitely not EO behind Brie, or anywhere else in that pic. Maybe those posters thought Brie was EO?
the person behind is definitely a guy, no woman would ever wear that beret. I think those posters just wanted to go on about EO to cuase some reaction from TH, that's probably why they mentioned the dailymail.
btw, she is not pregnant, if she were she'd be in OZ with him.
>>286 Totally confused as usual. She thinks this was a recent photo because she does not have anonsy to compare the laser tag pics and tell us it was from then! So she is spinning this idea that they have spent the whole of the holiday season together.
EO does look lovely - but I don't think this is a pregnancy glow, I think it is a no goth makeup and not wearing black glow.
>>288 it's a gossip site so it lives on clicks, at least she made an effort to put the question mark - where she says if this was before of after the Star article.
And no purse or scarf! :)
Annony, please be aware that the Anon with the ID ending in 'sddEev2o' does NOT represent this board or its regulars. She's the one who called you a troll and accused you of lying. She's very much over-invested in TH and his love life. Insults from her need to be ignored.
Anonsy - as she said - was just looking for clarification and expressing doubt about some parts of the story. Totally normal messageboard stuff.
I for one believe your story - and I don't even think you're Luke!!
But you may be Olsen...side-eye...just kidding!
>>286 Much better than the goth look she pulled at TIFF, was it?
I'm sure someone will say she's trolling fans by wearing that dress.
As for JVR's instagram, that last comment by prufrock1 sounds exactly like - word for word - one of the anons that posts the same crap to teatime, wtf, and the byke trying to rile everyone up.
>>275 Well, if he stayed with her Thursday night, then they might have sent a car to pick him (and her if she was tagging along) and bring him to event at the hotel. They would have booked him into the hotel, but that doesn't mean he needed to stay there - he might have crashed with a friend ;). Then, she waits in the hotel room for him to finish with the press events and they get to have a nice good-bye before he leaves.
All speculation, but honestly there are so many scenarios that could work.
I'm not completely sure of the timing, however. I don't recall when those pics of him arriving at LAX were - Thursday? Friday? Or when he left after the TCA event.
>>276 Christ, Christ, Christ. Baby Jesus save this man from crazy-ass fans.
Let's all of us - the sane ones on the board - swear a solemn oath to NEVER become those people. NEVER.
And, personally, if any of you ever sense that I'm heading in that direction, I want you all to organize some type of intervention. We arrange to be on the board at the same time and you get me to 1. admit that I have a problem and 2. that I need to see professional help.
Promise me, make the promise!!
>>278 HA! Just like we had the 'new Seneca' on Facebook, we'll get the 'new Marc Abraham.'
>>287 If she were pregnant, they'd be at the registry office! We'd have had an official announcement and maybe even a tweet about Mama Hiddles buying a hat for the big day.
And, I don't think he would have look so relaxed at the TCA event. That boy would have been shitting a brick.
>>276 I've wondered the same. What skeletons has he got rattling, or does someone hate his PR, or what... Is it because he's of peerage - a class war?
>>292 It probably is the same person. The TH corner of fandom is so small and insignificant. There's really only a small handful - what? 10, maybe fewer - of sites that feature him on a regular basis and in a significant way. So when fan want to scream something from the top of their lungs, they just cut and paste at the same handful of sites.

This tweet is a snap of a Rolling Stone article saying HR will be out May 13 in the US.
>>300 YES! FINALLY! Been dying to see this one!
On the subject of THEO and the clickbait articles, there's going to be many more like this for the next few months. This shit is gonna go down in a glorious fiery blaze and the fans are going to rip each other apart over it. The haters, the shippers, and the Hiddlestoners. It is going to be wince worthy. Riot gear anyone?
>>301 Yeah, I say let those two crazy kids get on with whatever they've got going on! The sightings, pics, DM articles (please, Lord, yes!), joint interviews, awkward/cozy red carpet events and TH (I'm about the work!) Facebook posts are going to be grist for the mill here and elsewhere in the TH-verse.
And in between we get TNM, HR and ISTL (yeah, I'll go just to see the car crash of it all).
Onward and upwards, THEO!
>>302 Don't forget another cringe worthy pap walk!
I'm not gonna watch ISTL. It didn't appeal to me from the beginning. Maybe The Night Manager but I'll settle for some sexy GIFs. But High Rise I will watch rewatch and buy the DVD!
Same for me about ISTL. I never intended to see it in the theater, but then between the bad reviews and all the THEO stupidity I have no desire to see it at all. I'm definitely watching TNM, and probably High Rise at least when it's out on DVD.
As far as Celebitchy is concerned, their "journalism" has really taken a hard nosedive in the last year or so. They've always been a gossip site but they at least used to try to be legit in some way. Now it's all ridiculous clickbait articles and misleading headlines. I'm not even going to address the comment sections.
Oh, and anyone would look pregnant in that dress EO was wearing yesterday. Do I think she did it on purpose? Absolutely.
I always thought Celebitchy deliberately writes their gossip that way, because it's CeleBITCHY.
Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston's individual online hits must have definitely gone up tremendously since the gossip sites picked up on the JVR pic and then her appearance at Stella McCartney's last night. That is if their reps are keeping track of trivial things like that.
>>304 yeah, difficult to wtach the film without thinking about the rest. Actually it makes you wonder why would TH keep trying to focus people on the film IF he is doing all these not-so-secret appearances with EO everywhere.
here's a little video of Eo at Stella's fashion show at minute 1.50 something. Just a few seconds really.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LUhCtLW9e3U
here's another gossip something website that reposted the cllage photo
http://www.socialitelife.com/in-case-you-were-curious-tom-hiddleston-and-elizabeth-olsen-are-probably-still-dating-01-2016
here are photos of EO at the event, both official and from paps, I think she might have done something at her face, like fillers, but don't trust me.
http://elizabetholsenbr.com/galeria/
someone at CB says 2 nights ago EO as at a nightclub. I couldn't find anything mentioned on any EO's fansites.
>>306 I can't watch him sing without cringeing so I won't be going to see it. I also dislike earnest please give me an Oscar please PLEASE biopics.
Celebitchy was a crazy place last night but there was one comic gem: "Put his soul into the movie? Put his soul into his pants more like."
>>307 I thought she had had some fillers done to her cheeks. What possesses someone of 27 to do that?
>>307 I think you're right about her face... it's more noticeable when she smiles.
>>310 She's also had a nose job at some point during her life, though not recently I assume.
>>309 >>310 are fillers the 21st century alternative of getting a new haircut after a romantic setback?
It's very noticeable in the pap pics like this one
http://elizabetholsenbr.com/galeria/albums/userpics/10006/normal_007.jpg
>>311 absolutely, she cut off a chunk of it.
Very sad news.
It has just been announced that Alan Rickman has passed away from cancer.
World is a much less melodious place.
>>313 very much so.
I am so, so sad to hear this news. I have loved Alan Rickman since I saw him in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (setting the scene for many, many years of rooting for snake-hipped English bad guys in black wigs and swirly cloaks). His work gave me great happiness as a child, a teenager and an adult - there aren't many actors of whom I can say that :(
>>308 I FEED off of second-hand embarrassment so watching him sing won't be troublesome for me. Aaaand, if I watch it, then I can give it a good rogering of a critique.
I don't know if she has had a nose job. I think she might just have a significantly different nose from that of her sisters - their noses seems to be wider than hers, but the angle is the same. Pics of her from before her acting career (there's one with HS yearbook shots of The Avengers cast floating around) suggest it's the same. So, if she did have one, it would have needed to be when she was in her teens.
I think she looks different in these recent shots because she is werking it hard! I mean, she is really posing in some of these shots.
However, talk of her nose reminds me of a comment on an article about the ISTL trailer - maybe it was on Dlisted or JustJared. The person said that she was excited to watch the movie but wasn't exited about 'watching EO act from the tip of her damn nose. Why has she got her head tipped so far back in every scene?'
I hadn't noticed it until this comment, but her nose is pitched upwards throughout the whole trailer! Maybe this is her 'hard nosed wife' look.
>>318 Don't know, I saw photos from 3,4 years ago and the nose looked different but whatever, I wasn't trying to shade her, I was just baffled as to why someone already so pretty and so young would feel the need to do something to her face.
Interview with Th and Crowell about ISTL
https://www.facebook.com/ISawTheLightMovie/videos/429059610617309/
>>319 Oh, I didn't think you were. And even if you were, that's fine. I like tossing shade myself!
I do wonder if - like with her cheeks - she pulls her nose in too when she poses. I have a friend who can significantly change her look if she pulls down on her nose
And now for some shade!
The DM - my online paper of choice! - was ALL OVER the Stella event. They had a big general article about the event. They also had individual articles/videos on some of the 'big names.'
So, people who got their own article/video: Kate Hudson, Amber Heard, Johnny Dep's daughter, Emilia Clark, Sam Taylor-Johnson, Katy Perry, Kate Upton, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, Joanne Froggart (the maid from Downton), Kieran Shipka (the daughter from Mad Men), Selma Blair, and your third cousin's cat.
Anyone missing?
>>321 everytime Tom talks about how hard he worked on ISTL as Hank, all I can think of is "as hard as you worked on your costar? ;) amirite Tom amirite?" It's horrible I know but it's all that comes to mind, their "sizzling chemistry" and the bad pap walk.
>>323 she didn't get her own section? GASP! Who does a girl have to bang to up her DM creds? What were they thinking not covering her!
But on a serious note, is Elizabeth Olsen even that famous on her own? I only heard of her because of the MMMM movie and then heard about her again during Godzilla promos and then the Avengers. Is she really very famous and I've been living under a rock all this time?
>>323 Even wuss on the fame front is to come. Michael of Dlisted has merely linked to the Celebitchy article with a caption to the effect that EO looks freshly f*cked by TH. He can't even be bothered to write a snarky article about the whole liar liar pants on fire thang. It has officially become boring!
The Night Manager promo trailer
https://youtu.be/EGCc_jtuz44
You can tell already there big differences with the book, not a bad thing. I truly hope this is good.
torrilla has also HQ scans of TotalFilm's article about HR.
You all know how to see them in HQ so I won't be posting links.
I am hoping and praying this is good. The two BBC series of the George Smiley novels were so brilliant that this has a lot to live up to in my mind. Have you seen them? They are a master class in how to do a le Carré novel in 6 episodes.
>>329 No! I watched the films based on his novels but not those, I'll try to find them. My hunch after watching the trailer, it might not do so well in the US - but there's always the rest of the world.
>>330 Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and Smiley's people are both on iTunes. TTSS is much, much better than the film - the plot is too complex for 2 hours and anyway Alec Guinness knocks spots off Gary Oldman. But Smiley's People is even better (you really have to watch TTSS first for the context).
The trailer looks amazing. I wasn't into The Night Manager at all but after watching the trailer, I'm actually looking forward to it! I thought it would have a very outdated wanna be Bond kind of feel and who knows it still might but because of the trailer, I'm willing to give it a go.
TNM looks good. I'm hopeful for that and HR.
The hideous worn looking blue shirt he was wearing in the Queensland restaurant pic appears in the (?) Morocco riot scene of the trailer! Does he ever shop, or just steal leftover wardrobe items from things he appears in?
>>334 It seems like he (or Olly) buys him 2 or 3 of every shirt or pair of jeans that go together so he doesn't have to overthink when he gets dressed. Mix and match in a hurry, for the actor on the run. :)
>>334 the spent all the budget for Hugh Laurie's clothes.
So, EO has a job that doesn't imply following TH around!
Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Actually I should say that a rumoured job she was already linked to has been confirmed with a different co-star.
Last year in May there was the news she was to star in Wind River with Chris Pine, now it's Renner. Filming starts in March.
http://www.imdb.com/news/ni58599559/
http://www.imdb.com/news/ni59389773/
Anyone want to place bets on thoikelihood of him visiting her on set?
>>339 nah, my bet is the only time we'll see them together will be for the ISTL promo. If she shows up.
>>339 Highly unlikely IMO. She seems to be the one who does all the visiting, even when he's not working. Wonder if the rumors about EO and Renner will resurface when they're filming together. I know he denied them last time it came up, but as we've seen nobody cares about denials.
>>341 I'd heard rumours he was gay (notwithstanding - or perhaps explaining - his short-lived marriage). I believe she or her people rushed to deny the JR rumours, something else which made me believe that the US Weekly story came from her as she never denied it at the time.

Identity of the lady at the far right? (it doesn't look like EO)
>>343 Nice shorts, Tom. The big question: was this photo taken the same day as the photo with the chef, or has Tom had the same shirt on since he arrived in Australia?
>>345 I believe he buys 2 or 3 of the same shirt to make dressing easier and to confuse people with respect to figuring out the exact date when pictures were taken. JMHO
slightly larger version of the photo

>>346 I do believe he buys several of the same thing as otherwise he wouldn't smell as delicious as those who've met him say. But I don't think he wears the same thing to confuse people - he did it in New York for the CP promo when there was no need to confuse anyone (he wore those black jeans and blue serge shirt about 3 days running). I think he does it because he is a bit hopeless on the clothes front!
