I always thought THEO was on but went underground because ISTL bombed and people were starting to wonder if some cheating happened and neither wanted that kind of attention. Especially if they weren't really serious about each other and just liked hooking up. I still think they were hooking up on and off ever since they started working together on ISTL. And maybe they still might be seeing each other. They'd been good about keeping it quiet until the tabloids started reading. But it doesn't seem very committed or serious so far which is why I say on and off hookup.

Even if they were serious, I think Tom seems pretty adamant about keeping his private life out of the limelight so he'd just ignore everything until he's ready to walk down the aisle with the lady.
