To fall in love with anyone is silly when at any moment they could be split open like an overripe pomegranate to reveal all the organs, fluids, membranes and substrates within which they would then be unrecognisable. It only makes sense to fall in love with these very structures and patterns first, and accept the outer appearance, behaviour, emotions and so on as irrelevant fluff.
