The universe is so vast that it's likely that life exists elsewhere. However, because we haven't been contacted yet, it's likely that other forms of life aren't as advanced as we are. We have done some basic space travel and we're getting better at it all the time, despite budget cuts to NASA. SpaceX is showing we don't need government space programs to get to outer space.

People have always assumed that aliens will invade us. But in all likelihood, WE will be the invaders. WE will be the ones doing anal probes on other planets.
