actually, i've been at it for about 6 days and had fairly abrupt improvement over the course of today after the first five didn't do much. been taking a rather muscle-headed approach, right eye day, left eye day, rest day--but today they refused to rest. improvements to physical ability can be like that sometimes.

i can now read the screen with my right eye (-4.00 prescription) without needing my face over the touchpad
the appearance of the blur has changed somewhat, it's more readable

(some?) muscles around eyes have DOMS-like pain, but not quite; i don't know how to describe this, it's something like i've been trying to suck my corneas through my retinas shape-wise, and that's sorta how the soreness is patterned

it's pretty cool when you feel things pulling into place and you're seeing slightly more clearly as a result, though.

if i needed to drive, glasses would be too strong to be bearable but natural vision would be too weak to be safe (or legal for that matter)

so, we can say the initial results are promising, but can easily fall in "newbie gains" territory
