If you stop being afraid of being called childish because you've put away childish things like the fear of being called childish then isn't that just meta-childishness? Being afraid of being called childish is for children, look how not childish I am.
meta stuff is pretty adult.
I like that manga My Little Sister Is A Metaphysicist
>>402, 406
And now it is exren. Are you or any of your friends named Ren?
>>407 no, but I am actually a wren. There's a cat staring at me through the window and I'm pretty spooked.
Haughty aristocratic cute girl paying you money to cuddle her.

CHICKEN IS SUCH A GOOD MEAT!
Brought to you by Chick-Fil-A
It's weird to think this place has been up for 10-11 years.
All alone for new year's eve (as usual)
Shiitake ganai
My girlfriend will be spending new year's with her family/friends. Is it selfish to feel upset about this?
>>428
Why not go with her? Or are you expecting her to spend it with your family instead of hers?
Haven't watched Netflix for months, so I cancelled it. I feel like I'm betraying my on-demand generation.
It's just so bad.
Coleslaw is amaxing, you stupid whore
5 years since Kim Jong-un became Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army. But would press write about it? No, it would write about hundreds (of thousands) personally executed by the Brilliant Comrade.
I HOPE SHE REPLIES SOON (L¥ƒÖ¥`)
It's magic!
>>433
Oh, I see. I think you might be experiencing the fear of missing out.
This mogra stream is good
Well, what a stupid fucking year that was.

You'll be a nepotist before you know it.

She won't reply until you send 25,162 more emails, good luck!
A lot of feelings on the front page now. What the hell is this?
"ruble" and "Louvre" are written the same in Japanese
"those who don't miss the soviet union have no heart, those who want it back have no brain"
I like this quote. Despite turning into a clusterfuck of repressive bureaucracy later on we have to remember that the USSR was born out of a kind of romantic humanism and a desire to see equality and prosperity for everyone in a time where the average Russian was an illiterate subsistence farmer with no prospect for improvement. Going from toiling in the beet fields to the first man in space in the span of a human lifetime was quite an achievement.
That said there were plenty of horrible things about it and I wouldn't want to see it back, the past should stay in the past.
>missing the bit about badly implemented reforms amidst the rise of anarchist ideas which led to Emperor Alexander II assassination which followed by ultra conservative rule by his son, then by indecisive Nicholas II - who, however, kept twitter long before it was cool.
The reforms that led to rapid urbanisation which saw towns and cities population more than double between 1870 and 1910.
>Going from toiling in the beet fields to the first man in space in the span of a human lifetime was quite an achievement.
Thanks for the condescending tone. Same can be said for the US, going from having working conditions worse than what made Russians shoot their tsar to sending a man to the moon in the span of a human lifetime was quite an achievement.
>"those who want it back have no brain"
The main reason for this is that any forced regime change is at least a step back — see the 90s for ex-Soviet republics, where maidans got Ukraine for recent events or Arab Spring for somewhere else in the world.
Hi, DQN! Today I had laser hair removal performed on my butthole.
>>455
But hairs don't grow on the butthole... Did you go through this to get lasers shone onto your bum?
>>456
Well, strictly speaking, it was more the area immediately around the butthole, but the woman performing it did also do one shot squarely into the hole itself. Of course, I can't see my own butthole without the aid of multiple mirrors, so I can't comment on exactly where the hairs around there are coming from, just that there is (or was) entirely too much hair there.
>>454 >Same can be said for the US, going from having working conditions worse than what made Russians shoot their tsar to sending a man to the moon in the span of a human lifetime was quite an achievement.
tbh I would also agree with that statement, I apologize since I seem to have upset you somehow.
Sukdeep and Dildar
These pills don't do anything. Maybe they're placentas.
I want to live in a cyberpunk dystopia.
Imagine being from Lesbos and every time you leave the island people make shitty jokes about it.
Sure Netflix has good stuff here and there but the rest is stuff I don't care for.
>>464 I have access to my mom's account but I never use it because there's hardly anything I want to watch on there. I get that most of their subscribers are 89 IQ neurotypicals but how can they not even have one single Kurosawa film?
Cute girl whispering soft, comforting things in your ear as you're falling asleep.
>>455 Doesn't the butt hair have natural odour-eating and cleaning functions? I heard that people who have their butt, pubic and armpit hair removed stink even worse than normal people
>>467
When you've got so much butt hair that your poop gets stuck to it then it's certainly not making you smell any better. Seriously, I'm not just talking about a few little downy flecks of fluff, it's full on inch long curls closing in from both sides. And shaving it every few weeks is a total pain in the butt.
>>462
Apparently they are not very happy about it.

Don't "shit", go for a jobby!
>>465
I'm taking this as a recommendation to watch kurosawa's films and i'm thanking you very much for it.

So, the DVD format that brought about their meteoric rise is largely obsolete. They knew this would happen, and shifted over to a licensing/streaming model, and for a time it was good.
But licensing and syndication by its very nature allows them to get fucked over by exclusivity agreements and unreasonable terms/cost and so forth. Lots of show biz wasn't exactly super jazzed about the extreme cheapass rental model in the first place, either, they really want their piece of the pie.
They knew this would also happen, hence why they have gone heavy on original programming in the past few years (not really a bad idea, since their competitors--in terms of how things stand and not necessarily who's been trying to slip OC into their massive online distribution system *cough*Amazon--are basically cable TV). Where things go from here is not known to me, a NEET armchair CEO who has never had nor can now afford a subscription.
I do feel it is a problem, yeah. 3650 days ago, I thought they had irrevocably cut the Gordian knot, but reality sure showed me.
You know one thing DPRK doesn't have?
A CAPTCHA.
I was only 16 years old. I loved communism so much, I had all the treatises and propaganda posters. I prayed to Marx every night to thank him for the dialectical materialism I had been given. "Workers of the world unite," I said, "you have nothing to lose but your chains." My boss hears me, and calls me a tankie. I knew he was jealous of my commitment to the revolution. I called him a reactionary fascist. He slaps me and sends me to work for a wage. I'm crying now, and I'm alienated from my labor. I lay in my bed, and I'm poor. A warmth is moving towards me. I feel something touch me. It's Karl Marx. I am so happy. He whispers in my ear, "Let the ruling classes tremble at a communist revolution." He grabs me with his powerful hands and places me on my knees. I am ready. I organize a labor union for Karl Marx. He throws reactionaries into the gulag. It hurts so much, but I do it for Marx. I take up arms against the bourgeoisie. I want to contribute to the revolution. He roars a mighty roar as he fills my life with class consciousness. My boss walks in. Karl looks him straight in the eye and says, "From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs." Marx leaves through the window. Workers of the world unite; you have nothing to lose but your chains.
Good job Dendy Crew
Cute girl melting your face off with the sheer blinding intensity of her do-your-best beam.
Why does this student loan website need so much security? Are they worried somebody is going to break into my account and pay off my debts?
Fishing is like sex. If your pole is too small, kill yourself.
Fishing is like sex. You need a fish and a pole. Two poles is an abomination and will be punished by god.
Fishing is like sex. The fish are gonna bait the fish then use force till they stop struggling.
Having vinyl records forces me to listen to the full album by harnessing my OCD to skip tracks & peaking my laziness.
Fishing is like sex... sure, you could give someone a fish, and they won't be hungry that day, but it's not much help in the long run.
You can give a man a fish, or you can teach him how to fish. Then he is going to need a fishing license but he doesn't have any money.
Well bother, sayovicue is down again.
Why did toblerone cut out every other piece? What is this mountain-jewery?
Aiyaiyai, I'm your little butterfly.
It's time for fontconfig/freetype's yearly tantrum. This time, it's decided I'm no longer allowed to write "Terminus", I must write "xos4 Terminus" everywhere. And it also decided to flip some of the infinality/cleartype/truetype/sub-pixel hinting/autohinting/whatever flags. My web browser now looks completely fine, but it's a different fine than it was yesterday, and I didn't ask for the old fine to be replaced.
You're mad as fuck, it's a parrot
I'm so happy!
> find an obscure form of shorthand from the 1910s
> try to look up its author, y'know, only the umpteenth guy trying to reinvent the alphabet
> obviously he didn't succeed
> only hit that is about him but isn't about any his writings is a WWI draft registration
> last trace i can find is publication from 1917
well then
walnuts are just ghetto pecans
My wife is definitely the best wife but man my ex was HOT and I still think about her when my dick is in my hands. I guess the cliche of having to choose between wild and sexy vs. stable and plain is sometimes true.
