ammunition would surely be the wiser choice no? I assume you are already well armed if you are asking this question.

402 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 00:25

Stock up on water and food in a case that you survive the first strike, but civil defence falls apart.

403 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 00:27

I'd even agree on full-on furry one.

404 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 00:48

You haven't got your secret mountain hideout set up yet? You fool! You foolish fool!

405 Name: ((●)トェェェイ(●)) : 1993-09-8447 01:35

I want to diversify my gun portfolio as far as what the gun is chambered in. But I imagine if I'm able to scavenge ammo, I'd also be able to scavenge the guns that the ammo was intended for.

406 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 02:56

It is a great pain we must all bear.

407 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 04:36

You might want to limit yourself to the most popular calibres with good weight/effective power ratio since you would want to carry more. Guns that you don't use will be a dead weight on you. I wouldn't buy a new gun unless it's to arm a friend or a family member in case of emergency... or it is a gun of my dreams.

408 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 04:59

I don't think you should tell her she doesn't have blood.

409 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 05:06

what is the gun of your dreams, if you have one? genuinely curious.

410 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 05:32

Lesser of two known evils.

411 Name: ((●)トェェェイ(●)) : 1993-09-8447 06:06

I already have 3 of the most common (9mm, 12ga, and 7.62x39), but I'm still missing 5.56 and .22lr to cover all the bases. I'd kill for a FAL even though 7.62 NATO is pretty rare.

But yeah arming others is the idea.

412 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 11:32

>>411 I met many people with the Smith and Wesson M&P15, it is a low cost but very reliable AR15 in 5.56
They also make the M&P10 which is an AR10 in .308/7.62x51

I don't know where to get an FAL.

PTR Industries makes a gun from the same era as the FAL. 308/7.62x51 is an option.

For 22LR, avoid the current Marlin 60. Some investment firm bought Marlin and Remington, then decided to cheapen the product quality for a quick buck. The Ruger 10/22 is worth the higher price.

413 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 12:18

It's really strange seeing people discussing guns. Haha, you live with fear in your hearts! Unlucky guys.

414 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 12:22

Sorry I didn't mean to laugh, I really do feel sad about it.

415 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 14:30

Not really, since AEK-971/A-545 is very uncommon in the army. The laws are strict here, no short barrels, no automatic weapons are allowed for civilians. At best it's either a non-lethal pistol or smooth-bore shotgun after getting a licence. Licence for rifles requires 5 years of smooth-bore ownership.

Aww, poor you getting all sad over the Internet. Inb4 it turns out that you attended the "self-defence" course that taught how to slit unarmed man's throat.

416 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 15:46

>>415 I meant sad as in I feel sorry for you, like seeing a homeless person on the street or starving African children on the TV. It's not really that big a deal.

417 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 17:59

Calm down, nipplehead. We're just observing (and lightly commenting on) a conversation quite alien to those of us not living in the Land of The Free™.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I just spent around 30 minutes mashing my keyboard into google translate and seeing what language it autodetects as

420 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 19:36

Try and create sentences in a language you're not very familiar with, going purely by its English translation. Latin works quite well for this game.

421 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 20:03

O-oh, I'm so sorry for hurting your tiny brittle heart by talking about weapons! I pray you don't lose your sleep over this and sob all night! Guns are so cold, heavy and loud after all, so insensitive...

422 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 20:20

Why would you have weapons to begin with? You're on /dqn/, clearly you don't go outside, so hunting is out of the question, and based on the way you talk, you're clearly too much of a pussy to kill someone.

423 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 20:22

Listen here, you wee cunt. Let's get this straight first: I am looking down on you. At this and any other point in time, there is nothing you could say condescending enough to belittle me enough that you "win" this pointless little exchange.
Secondly, you should take yourself a little more time to read the posts you are responding to. Yours is an unnecessary overreaction that leaves me with no more than two possibilities about the kind of person you are:

  1. You are defensive about your lifestyle and feel the need to validate yourself at any given opportunity, or in response to anything not in vehement agreement with your views.
  2. You are an angry little person with an abrasive personality who happens to be a Big Scary Man who likes to brag on the internet because he owns legally purchased firearms.

Now I'm off to shoot some things with my unrivaled hatred for anyone who doesn't like America.

424 Name: ((●)トェェェイ(●)) : 1993-09-8447 21:30

Take a chill pill, man.

425 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-8447 21:43

Jesus Christ! You're insatiable, aren't you?
You butted in on an otherwise perfectly civil convo about guns with your passive-aggressive garbage and — zOMG — got what you craved for! A reply! And another one, because you didn't have enough. Have a third one, mate. Your attention craving and sensitivity is unbelievable.

DQN Guide to Making a Cool Halloween Gift
October 19, 2016
Halloween can be a hectic time of the year for your average user of the BBS website 4-ch.net/dqn. Finding gifts for your fellow DQNs can be quite the hassle. This year, save yourself the trouble and follow this easy step by step guide to making a Cool Halloween Gift.
  1. Find an image of your favorite anime character.
  2. I chose Momo for mine (〃^¬^〃)
  3. Write down your holiday feelings.
  4. When I think of Halloween, I think of ghouls and goblins. Most people might be afraid of this time of year, but I embrace the scariness. When people ask me "Trick or Treat?", I always get a kick out of their reactions when I say "trick" (й∀й)ニヤニヤ. Of course, I always remember to be practical with my tricks and never hurt anybody. I wish everyone a safe and scary Halloween!
  5. Find some stamps and emojis
  6. You can choose from my set of stamps and emojis here
  7. Make a collage!
  8. Although you are free to be creative, here are some good tips to get you started:
    • Place your anime character in the center of your collage
    • Place your holiday feelings somewhere below your favorite anime character
    • Draw a cute border around your image (you can even add more pictures of your favorite anime character!)
    • Try not to overwhelm your viewer with too many stamps, but also try not to leave too much blank space either
  9. Send your gift as a reply a on DQN
  10. E.g. Hey >>1! I liked your post, and wanted to give you thisヽ(*´ω`*)) as a token of my gratitude
That's all there is to it. Have a happy Halloween!!
