Not really. I mean, from an ultra traditional perspective that would either be adultery or a renunciation of celibacy, both of which would be shunned. It's only in recent times that having sex with multiple people has become less stigmatized. And these days men and women both get away with sleeping around a lot more, so it's not that unbalanced either gender-wise.
